What you’ll need

  1. 1 Packet of Three Aussie Farmers Sweet and Spicy BBQ Pork Ribs
  2. 3 eggs
  3. 175ml milk
  4. 175ml buttermilk
  5. 35ml honey
  6. 175g butter, melted
  7. 225g polenta
  8. 225g flour
  9. 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  10. 1 Tbsp. baking sode
  11. ½ tsp. salt

How to make it

  1. Cook pork ribs according to packet instructions.Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  3. Combine eggs, milk, buttermilk, honey and butter in bowl and mix well.
  4. Add polenta, flour, baking powder, soda and salt to mixture.
  5. Pour onto a lined cake tin and bake for 20 mins.
  6. Cut the corn bread into wedges and serve with Pork ribs and fresh coleslaw.
