Pulled Pork Buddha Bowl

What you’ll need
- 1 pack Three Aussie Farmers Pulled Pork
- 1 cup brown rice, cooked
- 400g can black beans, drained
- 2 avocados, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Crème fraiche
- 2 Tbsp. Spicy satay sauce
- Coriander, to serve
- 2 Spring onions, thinly sliced
- 1 Chilli, thinly sliced
How to make it
- Heat pulled pork according to pack instructions.
- Divide rice into two bowls and top each with beans, pulled pork and avocado.
- Add 1 Tbsp. of crème fraiche and spicy satay sauce to each bowl. Sprinkle with coriander, spring onions and chilli.
