What you’ll need
1 pack Three Aussie Farmers Pulled Pork
1 cup brown rice, cooked
400g can black beans, drained
2 avocados, sliced
2 Tbsp. Crème fraiche
2 Tbsp. Spicy satay sauce
Coriander, to serve
2 Spring onions, thinly sliced
1 Chilli, thinly sliced
How to make it
Heat pulled pork according to pack instructions.
Divide rice into two bowls and top each with beans, pulled pork and avocado.
Add 1 Tbsp. of crème fraiche and spicy satay sauce to each bowl. Sprinkle with coriander, spring onions and chilli.
