What you’ll need

  1. 1 Packet Three Aussie Farmers Sweet and Spicy BBQ Ribs
  2. 2 cups cous cous
  3. ¼ cup parsley, finely chopped
  4. ¼ cup mint leaves, finely chopped
  5. ¼ cup dill, finely chopped
  6. ½ cup coriander, finely chopped
  7. 1 tsp. dries tarragon
  8. 2 green chili, finely chopped
  9. 1 ½ cups rocket leaves
  10. 1 cup slivered almonds toasted
  11. Pinch ground cinnamon
  12. Pinch ground nutmeg
  13. 500g cherry tomatoes
  14. 1 tbs. extra virgin olive oil
  15. Juice ½ lemon

How to make it

  1. Cook ribs according to packet instructions
  2. Cook cous cous according to packet instructions.
  3. Whisk oil and lemon juice together and set aside.
  4. Combine cous cous with all remaining ingredients. Pour in lemon and oil mixture and combine.
  5. Serve salad with ribs and enjoy.
