What you’ll need

  1. 10 slices leftover SunPork roast pork
  2. 10 slices white baguette
  3. 10 tsp. cranberry sauce
  4. 60g grams gorgonzola
  5. 10 sprigs thyme

How to make it

  1. Lightly toast baguette slices in toaster.
  2. Spread 1 tsp. of cranberry sauce across each slice and top with a piece of roast pork.
  3. Top with crumbled gorgonzola and a sprig of thyme.
  4. Enjoy!
