Roast Pork, Cranberry and Gorgonzola Bruschetta

What you’ll need
- 10 slices leftover SunPork roast pork
- 10 slices white baguette
- 10 tsp. cranberry sauce
- 60g grams gorgonzola
- 10 sprigs thyme
How to make it
- Lightly toast baguette slices in toaster.
- Spread 1 tsp. of cranberry sauce across each slice and top with a piece of roast pork.
- Top with crumbled gorgonzola and a sprig of thyme.
