What you’ll need
10 slices leftover SunPork roast pork
10 slices white baguette
10 tsp. cranberry sauce
60g grams gorgonzola
10 sprigs thyme
How to make it
Lightly toast baguette slices in toaster.
Spread 1 tsp. of cranberry sauce across each slice and top with a piece of roast pork.
Top with crumbled gorgonzola and a sprig of thyme.
