- 6 SunPork Fresh Foods Pork Cutlets
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 5 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp. rosemary, finely chopped
- ¼ cup fresh sage, finely chopped
- 1¼ cup dry white wine
- ½ cup chicken stock
- ½ cup cream
- Salt and pepper, to season
- Mashed potatoes, to serve
- Steamed vegetables, to serve
How to make it
- Pre-heat fan forced oven to 180°C.
- Heat oil in a large fry-pan over a med-high heat. Add pork and cook for 4-5 mins until it starts to brown. Transfer to a lined baking tray, reserve the pan, and place in the oven for 10-15 mins or until internal temp. reaches 63°C.
- In the reserved pan on a low-med heat, add garlic, rosemary, and sage, and cook for 1 min until fragrant. Add the wine and cook for 1-2 mins, using a wooden spoon to scrape the bottom of the pan.
- Add chicken stock and heat through, then add the cream and stir. Bring to a gentle simmer for 5 mins until the sauce has reduced slightly, then season to taste.
- Place pork on a serving dish along with mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables before pouring over the sauce.
- Serve and enjoy!
