Pork Crackle Cookies
Try this unique take on a chocolate chip cookie with pork crackle!
What you’ll need
- 300g SunPork Pork Rind
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Choc Chip Cookie Packet Mix
How to make it
- Pre-heat fan forced oven to 200°.
- Pat dry rind and rub with salt.
- Place in oven for 1 hour or until crispy.
- Prepare cookie dough according to pack instructions.
- Chop up crackle into rough pieces and mix through cookie dough mix.
- Bake cookies as per pack instructions.
