What you’ll need

  • 300g SunPork Pork Rind
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Choc Chip Cookie Packet Mix

How to make it

  1. Pre-heat fan forced oven to 200°.
  2. Pat dry rind and rub with salt.
  3. Place in oven for 1 hour or until crispy.
  4. Prepare cookie dough according to pack instructions.
  5. Chop up crackle into rough pieces and mix through cookie dough mix.
  6. Bake cookies as per pack instructions.
  7. Enjoy
