Honey Mustard Glazed Pork

What you’ll need


  • 4 SunPork Fresh Foods Pork Loin Steaks
  • 500g baby yellow potatoes, quartered and rinsed
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, divided
  • 2 Tbsp. oil, divided
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ⅓ cup whole grain mustard
  • 1 tsp, smoked paprika
  • Salt and fresh cracked pepper
  • Sliced spring onions, for garnish

How to make it

  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water for 8 mins. Drain and set aside. Meanwhile, pat dry and season pork chops with salt and cracked pepper on both sides.
  2. In a small bowl, combine mustard, honey, paprika, lemon juice and mix until smooth.
  3. In a large fry-pan over med heat, melt 1 Tbsp. butter with 1 Tbsp. oil and fry potatoes until golden with a nice crust, tossing regularly. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, melt remaining butter with oil and cook pork chops for 3-4 mins on both sides.
  5. Lower the heat and pour the honey mustard sauce over the pork. Let the sauce reduce for 1 minute then stir in potatoes and toss to coat.
  6. Garnish with fresh sliced spring onions and serve. Enjoy!
