What you’ll need
- 6 SunPork Pork Leg Steaks
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1 egg
- 60ml milk
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 400g frozen potato chips, cooked
- 1 cup Mozzarella, grated
- 125ml gravy
- Salad, to serve
How to make it
- Set up a crumbing station consisting of separate bowls of flour, egg wash
(egg and milk combined) and breadcrumbs. - Coat each pork steak in flour, dip in egg wash, then coat in crumbs.
- Heat oil in a large fry-pan over med-high heat and cook each schnitzel
for 3-5 mins on each side until golden and cooked through. - Layer chips, gravy and Mozzarella on top of each schnitzel.
- Place under a grill and cook until Mozzarella is melted and golden.
- Serve with salad.
