What you’ll need

INGREDIENTS
- 4 rashers SunPork Fresh Foods bacon, chopped
- 2 SunPork Fresh Foods Farmhouse sausages, casings removed
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 pizza base
- ½ cup baked beans, warmed
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 3 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup mozzarella, grated
- Parsley, to garnish
How to make it
- Pre-heat a fan forced oven to 220°C.
- In a fry-pan, cook the bacon over med. heat until crispy. Remove from the pan and chop into small pieces.
- In the same pan, crumble the sausages and cook until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
- In the same pan, add the olive oil and sauté the mushrooms until golden and tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then set aside.
- Spread a thin layer of baked beans on the pizza base. Evenly distribute the cooked bacon, sausage, sautéed mushrooms, and tomato slices over the base.
- Carefully crack the eggs over the pizza, ensuring they’re placed in the middle of the pizza. You can also crack them into a small bowl first to avoid breaking the yolk.
- Place the pizza in the oven for 10-12 mins, or until the eggs are set to your liking and the pizza base is golden. Sprinkle grated cheese over the top in the last 2 mins of baking.
- Once baked, garnish with fresh parsley and slice.
- Serve and enjoy!
