What you’ll need

INGREDIENTS
- 250g SunPork Fresh Foods bacon, chopped
- 1 small broccoli head, cut into small florets
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- ½ tsp. chilli flakes
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 pizza base
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
- ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup cranberry sauce
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- Salt & pepper, to taste
How to make it
- Pre-heat fan forced oven to 220°C.
- Cook the bacon in a fry-pan over med. heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towel.
- In a small saucepan over high heat, bring salted water to the boil and blanch the broccoli for 1 min, then drain and rinse with cold water.
- Spread the blanched broccoli onto a lined baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with chilli flakes, salt, and pepper. Roast for 8 mins, or until crispy.
- Spread the softened cream cheese evenly over the pizza base.
- Sprinkle mozzarella over the cream cheese, then add the bacon, roasted broccoli, and red onion.
- Bake for 12-15 mins, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
- Meanwhile, heat the cranberry sauce and balsamic vinegar in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth and slightly thickened then set aside.
- Remove the pizza from the oven, then drizzle the cranberry balsamic sauce over the top and sprinkle with additional red onion.
- Serve and enjoy!
