What you’ll need
6 SunPork Pork Leg Steaks
4 Tbsp. flour
1 egg
60ml milk
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 Tbsp. olive oil
400g frozen potato chips, cooked
1 cup Mozzarella, grated
125ml gravy
Salad, to serve
How to make it
Set up a crumbing station consisting of separate bowls of flour, egg wash
(egg and milk combined) and breadcrumbs.
Coat each pork steak in flour, dip in egg wash, then coat in crumbs.
Heat oil in a large fry-pan over med-high heat and cook each schnitzel
for 3-5 mins on each side until golden and cooked through.
Layer chips, gravy and Mozzarella on top of each schnitzel.
Place under a grill and cook until Mozzarella is melted and golden.
