What you’ll need
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 kg SunPork Fresh Foods Collar Butt
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 2 tsp. mustard powder
- 1 tsp. cumin powder
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 300g corn chips
- 150ml cheese sauce
- 1 spring onion, sliced to serve
How to make it
- Prepare the pulled pork by combining all the spices together in a bowl, then rub evenly over the collar butt. Place the collar butt into the slow cooker and pour over the chicken stock. Cook on low for 8 hours. Remove from the slow cooker, reserving the juices to one side to be used to make a sauce later if desired. Shred the pork.
- Pour corn chips into a bowl and place a generous amount of pulled pork over the top.
- Drizzle the cheese sauce on top and sprinkle with spring onions.
- Serve and enjoy!
