INGREDIENTS
- 4 rashers SunPork Fresh Foods Bacon
- 250g mascarpone
- 4 Tbsp. smooth peanut butter
- 4 Tbsp. maple syrup + extra to serve
- 1 Tbsp. 100’s & 1,000’s sprinkle + extra to serve
- 4 waffles, toasted
- Can of whipped cream, to garnish
How to make it
- In a fry-pan over med heat cook bacon until crispy, then set aside on paper towel to cool.
- In a bowl, combine mascarpone, peanut butter, 1 Tbsp. maple syrup, 100’s & 1,000’s and crumbled bacon.
- On two plates, stack two waffles together followed by two rashers of bacon. Place a large dollop of the mascarpone mix on top of the bacon.
- Top each stack with whipped cream, then drizzle with maple syrup and sprinkles.
- Serve and enjoy!
