INGREDIENTS
4 rashers SunPork Fresh Foods Bacon
250g mascarpone
4 Tbsp. smooth peanut butter
4 Tbsp. maple syrup + extra to serve
1 Tbsp. 100’s & 1,000’s sprinkle + extra to serve
4 waffles, toasted
Can of whipped cream, to garnish
How to make it
In a fry-pan over med heat cook bacon until crispy, then set aside on paper towel to cool.
In a bowl, combine mascarpone, peanut butter, 1 Tbsp. maple syrup, 100’s & 1,000’s and crumbled bacon.
On two plates, stack two waffles together followed by two rashers of bacon. Place a large dollop of the mascarpone mix on top of the bacon.
Top each stack with whipped cream, then drizzle with maple syrup and sprinkles.
