What you’ll need
INGREDIENTS
- 2 SunPork Fresh Foods Bacon Rashers
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup thickened cream
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- 2 cups grated cheese, mix of cheddar, parmesan, mozzarella
- 4 bread rolls
How to make it
- Preheat fan-forced oven to 175⁰C.
- In a bowl, mix eggs, cream, spring onions and bacon with 1 cup of cheese.
- Hollow out bread rolls by cutting a round hole in the top and pulling out middle to create a shell.
- Fill with egg mix and sprinkle with leftover cheese.
- Bake in oven for 20 mins.
- Serve and enjoy!
