How to make it

  1. Preheat fan-forced oven to 175⁰C.
  2. In a bowl, mix eggs, cream, spring onions and bacon with 1 cup of cheese.
  3. Hollow out bread rolls by cutting a round hole in the top and pulling out middle to create a shell.
  4. Fill with egg mix and sprinkle with leftover cheese.
  5. Bake in oven for 20 mins.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
