What you’ll need

INGREDIENTS
- 500g SunPork Fresh Foods pork loin steaks, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp. peanut oil
- 3 cm piece ginger, minced
- 3 red chilli, diced
- 30g chives, roughly chopped
- 400g frozen green beans
- 450g rice, cooked
Marinade
- ¼ tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp. light soy sauce
- 2 tsp. Shao Xing cooking wine
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 2 tsp. light soy sauce
- ½ tsp. Chinese black vinegar
- ½ tsp. chicken stock powder
- ½ tsp. sugar
How to make it
- In a bowl, combine pork and all the marinade ingredients then mix until well combined. Add cornstarch and mix again. Set aside to marinate for at least 15 mins.
- Combine all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
- Heat peanut oil in a pan or wok over a med-high heat. Add the pork and cook undisturbed for 30 secs. Toss the pork before adding the ginger, chilli, chives and green beans, then continue cooking for 2 mins.
- Pour the sauce into the pan and stir until everything is well coated. Cook for 5 mins until the sauce has reduced slightly.
- Serve with rice and enjoy!
