German Knuckle With Potato Salad
Try our German Knuckle with Potato Salad for dinner tonight - slow cooked, cured and coated in crispy pork crackle, our German style pork knuckle will please even the fussiest of eaters!

What you’ll need

  1. 1 Three Aussie Farmers German Style Pork Knuckle
  2. 12 small chat potatoes unpeeled
  3. 5 bacon rashers, finely chopped and cooked
  4. 70g mayonnaise
  5. 40g sour cream
  6. 1 garlic clove minced
  7. 40g gherkins, finely chopped
  8. 2 Tbsp. dill finely chopped
  9. 4 spring onions, finely sliced
  10. 2 Tbsp. capers finely chopped

How to make it

  1. Cook German style knuckle according to packet instructions.
  2. Cook potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to the boil over high heat, then boil uncovered for 10 mins or until tender.
  3. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, bacon, gherkin, dill, spring onions and capers in a bowl with the cooked potatoes. Gently toss to combine.
  4. Serve Knuckle with potato salad and enjoy!
