What you’ll need
INGREDIENTS
- 500g SunPork Pork Mince
- 200g feta
- 100g cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Greek yoghurt
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. onion powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. crispy chilli oil
- Potato chips
- Hot honey, to drizzle
- Chives, to garnish
How to make it
- Place the feta, cream cheese, Greek yoghurt and lemon juice into a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over med-high heat.
- Add the pork mince and spread it evenly across the pan. Allow it to cook undisturbed for 3–4 mins to get crispy. Break the mince up and add the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and salt.
- Continue cooking for 5–7 mins, stirring occasionally, until the mince is golden brown and crispy around the edges.
- Add the soy sauce, honey and crispy chilli oil. Cook for a further 1–2 mins, stirring until the pork is sticky, and caramelised. Remove from the heat.
- Spread the potato crisps onto a large serving platter. Dollop over the whipped feta and spoon over the pork mince. Drizzle generously with the hot honey.
- To finish, garnish with chives.
