What you’ll need
INGREDIENTS
- 400g SunPork Popcorn Pork Buffalo Style
- 150ml mayonnaise
- 2 small pickles, roughly chopped
- 1 Tbsp. pickle juice
- 2 tsp. dill, roughly chopped
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1 baby gem lettuce, shredded
- 2 small tomatoes, sliced
- ½ red onion, sliced into rings
- 2 long breadrolls, halved and toasted
How to make it
- Prepare the Popcorn Pork according to pack instructions.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, pickles, pickle juice, dill and black pepper.
- Spread a generous amount of the pickle mayonnaise onto each of the bread rolls, then divide the lettuce, tomatoes, onion and popcorn pork between the two rolls. Serve immediately.
