What you’ll need
- 1 Packet Three Aussie Farmers Sweet and Spicy BBQ Ribs
- 2 cups cous cous
- ¼ cup parsley, finely chopped
- ¼ cup mint leaves, finely chopped
- ¼ cup dill, finely chopped
- ½ cup coriander, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. dries tarragon
- 2 green chili, finely chopped
- 1 ½ cups rocket leaves
- 1 cup slivered almonds toasted
- Pinch ground cinnamon
- Pinch ground nutmeg
- 500g cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbs. extra virgin olive oil
- Juice ½ lemon
How to make it
- Cook ribs according to packet instructions
- Cook cous cous according to packet instructions.
- Whisk oil and lemon juice together and set aside.
- Combine cous cous with all remaining ingredients. Pour in lemon and oil mixture and combine.
- Serve salad with ribs and enjoy.
