What you’ll need

INGREDIENTS

  • 100g SunPork Fresh Foods Roast Pork Loin slices, warmed
  • 2 slices thick bread
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 50ml gravy
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

How to make it

  1. Butter both pieces of bread.
  2. In a fry pan over med. heat, place bread buttered side down and toast until lightly golden.
  3. Layer bread with warmed slices of left over roast pork.
  4. Drizzle with gravy and place top with remaining slice of bread.
  5. Slice in half.
  6. Serve & enjoy!
