What you’ll need
INGREDIENTS
- 100g SunPork Fresh Foods Roast Pork Loin slices, warmed
- 2 slices thick bread
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 50ml gravy
- Salt and pepper, to taste
How to make it
- Butter both pieces of bread.
- In a fry pan over med. heat, place bread buttered side down and toast until lightly golden.
- Layer bread with warmed slices of left over roast pork.
- Drizzle with gravy and place top with remaining slice of bread.
- Slice in half.
- Serve & enjoy!
