Quick Jalapeno Pork Stir Fry

What you’ll need
INGREDIENTS
- 500g SunPork Fresh Foods Pork Loin Steaks, sliced
- 1 tsp. rice wine vinegar
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup Chinese cooking wine
- 1 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp. ginger, grated
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- 2 jalapenos chilis, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 red capsicum, sliced
- 1 tsp. castor sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cornflour
- 1/2 tsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds, to garnish
How to make it
- In a jug, mix rice wine, soy sauce, Chinese cooking wine and oyster sauce and set aside.
- Preheat wok over high heat. Add oil and fry garlic, ginger and spring onions for approx. 1 mins.
- Add pork and jug of sauce and stir-fry for 3 mins.
- Next add in the jalapenos, onions, capsicum and sugar and cook for a further 2 mins. Mix cornflour and water until smooth in a small bowl and pour into stir fry and stir through quickly.
- Serve with rice or noodles and garnish with sesame seeds.
