What you’ll need
- 500g Dan & Steph Farm House Pork Sausage, cooked and sliced
- 1 packet penne, cooked
- 200g sundried tomatoes
- 1/2 brown onion, thinly sliced
- Half head broccoli, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/3 cup butter
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 cup Parmesan, grated
- 1 cup mozzarella, grated
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 180˚C & grease a casserole dish with spray oil.
- Add sausages to a large bowl along with cooked penne, sun-dried tomatoes, broccoli and onions.
- Add butter and garlic to a med. fry-pan and stir until melted.
- Add flour and stir again until the mixture clumps together then gradually whisk in milk.
- Add salt & pepper, then the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
- Add sauce to bowl with sausage mixture and stir to combine.
- Transfer sausage mixture to a casserole dish and add milk mixture. Sprinkle mozzarella over the top and bake for 10-15 mins until cheese is melted
