Marinated Pork Loin Steaks

What you’ll need

- 1.5kg SunPork Fresh Foods Pork Loin, sliced into steaks
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 5 lemons, juiced
- 5 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 1 Tbsp. rosemary
- Kale salad, to serve
- 4 large sandwich bags
How to make it
- In a small bowl, add garlic, lemon juice, butter and rosemary, then whisk to combine.
- Place 3 pork steaks into each sandwich bag, taking care not to overlap.
- Evenly divide the marinade between the bags, then carefully squeeze out the air and seal.
- Bring a large pot of water to a low simmer, then sous vide the pork for 20 mins.
- Pre-heat a grill or BBQ to high.
- Remove the pork steaks from the bags, then place onto the BBQ. Sear for 2 mins each side then rest for 5 mins.
- Serve and enjoy!
