INGREDIENTS
1.5kg SunPork Fresh Foods Pork Loin, sliced into steaks
6 garlic cloves, minced
5 lemons, juiced
5 Tbsp. butter, softened
1 Tbsp. rosemary
Kale salad, to serve
4 large sandwich bags
How to make it
In a small bowl, add garlic, lemon juice, butter and rosemary, then whisk to combine.
Place 3 pork steaks into each sandwich bag, taking care not to overlap.
Evenly divide the marinade between the bags, then carefully squeeze out the air and seal.
Bring a large pot of water to a low simmer, then sous vide the pork for 20 mins.
Pre-heat a grill or BBQ to high.
Remove the pork steaks from the bags, then place onto the BBQ. Sear for 2 mins each side then rest for 5 mins.
