What you’ll need
- 4 plain donuts
- 8 rashers bacon, diced thinly
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla essence
- 1 Tbsp. hot water
How to make it
- Preheat fry pan over med. heat.
- Cook bacon until crispy, then pat dry. Place back into pan with 2 Tbsp. of maple syrup. Stir continuously until coated.
- Mix icing sugar, vanilla essence and hot water together in a small bowl.
- Drizzle glaze over donut and sprinkle with maple bacon.
- Enjoy!
