Pulled Pork Buddha Bowl

What you’ll need

  1. 1 pack Three Aussie Farmers Pulled Pork
  2. 1 cup brown rice, cooked
  3. 400g can black beans, drained
  4. 2 avocados, sliced
  5. 2 Tbsp. Crème fraiche
  6. 2 Tbsp. Spicy satay sauce
  7. Coriander, to serve
  8. 2 Spring onions, thinly sliced
  9. 1 Chilli, thinly sliced

How to make it

  1. Heat pulled pork according to pack instructions.
  2. Divide rice into two bowls and top each with beans, pulled pork and avocado.
  3. Add 1 Tbsp. of crème fraiche and spicy satay sauce to each bowl. Sprinkle with coriander, spring onions and chilli.
