Pulled Pork and Feta Salad

What you’ll need
- ½ cup fresh coriander (thinly chopped)
- ½ Greek yoghurt
- 2 tbsp. lime juice
- 1 clove of garlic (mince)
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 ½ tsp vinegar white
- 100g feta
- 1 packet pulled pork
- 250g mixed lettuce leaves
How to make it
- Combine coriander, yoghurt, lime juice, garlic, olive oil and vinegar in bowl. Mix well and set aside.
- Place lettuce in bowl. Top with pulled pork and crumbled feta.
- Drizzle with dressing and enjoy!
