What you’ll need

  1. 500g Dan & Steph Farm House Pork Sausage, cooked and sliced
  2. 1 packet penne, cooked
  3. 200g sundried tomatoes
  4. 1/2 brown onion, thinly sliced
  5. Half head broccoli, chopped
  6. 4 garlic cloves, crushed
  7. 1/3 cup butter
  8. 4 Tbsp. flour
  9. 2 1/2 cups milk
  10. 1 tsp. salt
  11. 1 tsp. pepper
  12. 1 cup Parmesan, grated
  13. 1 cup mozzarella, grated

How to make it

  1. Preheat oven to 180˚C & grease a casserole dish with spray oil.
  2. Add sausages to a large bowl along with cooked penne, sun-dried tomatoes, broccoli and onions.
  3. Add butter and garlic to a med. fry-pan and stir until melted.
  4. Add flour and stir again until the mixture clumps together then gradually whisk in milk.
  5. Add salt & pepper, then the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
  6. Add sauce to bowl with sausage mixture and stir to combine.
  7. Transfer sausage mixture to a casserole dish and add milk mixture. Sprinkle mozzarella over the top and bake for 10-15 mins until cheese is melted
