What you’ll need
- 1 Three Aussie Farmers Slow Cooked Pork Belly
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 2 tsp. wholegrain mustard
- 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp. chopped rosemary
How to make it
- Cook pork belly according to packet instructions
- Meanwhile, combine maple syrup, mustard, vinegar and rosemary in a bowl.
- After 25 mins of cooking, drizzle the maple syrup mixture over pork belly and place back into oven for further 5 mins.
- Cut into pieces and serve with extra mustard if preferred
