Pork Share Platter
Every social occasion has a share plate of nibbles of some kind, whether it’s a small catch up with friends or whether you’re entertaining the neighbours, you will surely be presented with some form of share platter.

What you’ll need
INGREDIENTS
- 500g SunPork Fresh Foods Leg Ham, cubed
- 1 jar cornichons
- 100g salami, sliced
- 200g cheddar cheese, cubed
- 200g marinated Kalamata olives
- 100g cocktail onions
- 100g stuffed green olives
- 100g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 100g baby bocconcini
- 10 fresh basil leaves
- 150g hummus dip
- 150g brie cheese
- 100g prosciutto
- 2 stalks celery, cut into fingers
- 1 carrot, cut into fingers
- 1 red capsicum, cut into fingers
- 100 semi-dried tomatoes
- 1 packet rice crackers
- 1 packet grain chips
How to make it
- Using long cocktail skewers, thread cornichon, ham cube, salami and cheese cube and set aside. Repeat for desired number of skewers.
- Repeat process for second version, thread kalamata olive, ham cube, cocktail onion and stuffed green olive and set aside. Repeat for desired number of skewers.
- Repeat process for third version, thread one half of cherry tomato followed by bocconcini wrapped in basil leaf, make sure you skewer basil leaf on both sides as you thread onto skewer, ham cube and second half of cherry tomato. Repeat for desired number of skewers.
- To build share platter, place like items together on the plate. Start with the more difficult items such as dips and cheese pieces, and build around them. Take not of the colours on your platter and use crackers and chips to create separation.
- Serve and enjoy!
