Savoury Bacon, Cranberry & Brie Tartlets
These Savoury Bacon, Cranberry & Brie Tartlets are the perfect nibble for your next party! Tangy bursts of cranberry with creamy brie and smoky bacon - yum!

What you’ll need

  1. 300g SunPork bacon, diced and cooked
  2. 2 sheets puff pastry, cut into 12 5cm x 5cm squares
  3. 200g brie cheese, cut into cubes
  4. 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  5. 1 egg, beaten

How to make it

  1. Pre-heat fan forced oven to 180°C.
  2. Using a non-stick mini muffin or tartlet pan, place a square of pastry into each cup.
  3. Dollop 1 tsp. of cranberry sauce into each pastry cup, followed by a cube of brie and 1 Tbsp. of diced bacon.
  4. Brush side of pastry with beaten egg and place the pan in the oven for 30 mins.
  5. Remove and allow to cool.
  6. Dollop 1/2 tsp. of cranberry sauce on the top of each tartlet and enjoy!
