Easy Mini Ham and Cheese Quiche
Create a quick and easy ham and cheese quiche using leftover ham for everyone to enjoy!

What you’ll need

  • 150g SunPork Leg Ham, diced
  • 6 Sheets of frozen puff pasty
  • 3 eggs, whisked
  • 100g milk
  • 1 Tbsp. salt and pepper
  • 1 cup cheese, shredded
  • 100g cream cheese
  • ¼ cup green onions

How to make it

  1. Pre-heat fan forced oven to 180°C.
  2. Remove puff pastry from freezer and allow to thaw.
  3. Lightly Grease the 12 muffin tins with butter or cooking oil.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper, then add in your cheese, cream cheese and Diced Ham.
  5. Using a 10cm round cookie cutter or bowl, cut circles of pasty and gently mold them into the greased muffin tins – lightly press the bottoms down to not break the pastry.
  6. Spoon the filling into the puff pastry trays evenly.
  7. Place the oven trays into your pre-heated oven and bake for 20 mins or until golden.
  8. Enjoy!
