Easy Mini Ham and Cheese Quiche
Create a quick and easy ham and cheese quiche using leftover ham for everyone to enjoy!

What you’ll need
150g SunPork Leg Ham, diced
6 Sheets of frozen puff pasty
3 eggs, whisked
100g milk
1 Tbsp. salt and pepper
1 cup cheese, shredded
100g cream cheese
¼ cup green onions
How to make it
Pre-heat fan forced oven to 180°C.
Remove puff pastry from freezer and allow to thaw.
Lightly Grease the 12 muffin tins with butter or cooking oil.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper, then add in your cheese, cream cheese and Diced Ham.
Using a 10cm round cookie cutter or bowl, cut circles of pasty and gently mold them into the greased muffin tins – lightly press the bottoms down to not break the pastry.
Spoon the filling into the puff pastry trays evenly.
Place the oven trays into your pre-heated oven and bake for 20 mins or until golden.
