What you’ll need

Name: Cheesy Bacon Bauble

Ingredients: 8 rashers SunPork Fresh Foods Bacon, cooked and chopped; 250g cream cheese; 3 Tbsp. sour cream; 1 tsp. garlic powder; ¾ cup cheddar cheese, grated; ½ cup pepper jack cheese, grated; ¼ cup spring onions, finely diced; ⅔ cup pistachios, finely chopped; 1 packet salty biscuits

INGREDIENTS

8 rashers SunPork Fresh Foods Bacon, cooked and chopped
250g cream cheese
3 Tbsp. sour cream
1 tsp. garlic powder
¾ cup cheddar cheese, grated
½ cup pepper jack cheese, grated
¼ cup spring onions, finely diced
⅔ cup pistachios, finely chopped
1 packet salty biscuits

How to make it

In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, cheddar, pepper jack cheeses and half the bacon pieces.
Roll the mixture into a ball then wrap in cling wrap and refrigerate overnight.
In a large bowl, combine remaining bacon pieces, pistachios and spring onions, then remove cheese ball from the fridge, unwrap and rolls roll gently in the mix to cover.
To serve, arrange the cheese ball in the centre of a serving platter with crackers or biscuits scattered around the base. Enjoy!
