What you’ll need

  1. 200g leftover Three Aussie Farmers Shoulder or Leg Ham
  2. 1 pizza dough ball (pre-made)
  3. ½ cup tomato paste
  4. ½ mozzarella cheese
  5. Handful artichoke, halved
  6. Handful kalamata olives, pitted
  7. Handful mushrooms, sliced

How to make it

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Roll out pizza dough to your desired shape. Spread tomato paste and cheese across the base – ensuring to leave a crust around the edge.
  3. Top with artichokes, olives, mushrooms and leftover ham.
  4. Cook in the oven for 20 mins.
  5. Slice up and serve!
