BLT Chopped Sandwich
There isn't much that can beat a classic BLT, but we're all for trying new things! Who knew that chopping the filling would be such a good idea!

What you’ll need
INGREDIENTS
- 15 rashes SunPork Fresh Foods Bacon
- 2 tsp. oil
- 1 cos lettuce head, washed and separated
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 bread loaf, sliced lengthways
How to make it
- Heat oil in a fry-pan over a med. heat. Cook bacon for 3-4 mins on each side until crispy.
- On a large chopping board stack lettuce, tomatoes, and crispy bacon. Using a large knife chop until everything is diced evenly.
- Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper and continue chopping until everything is well combined.
- Scoop the filling into the bread then slice in half.
- Serve and enjoy!
