BBQ Bacon Bloody Mary
Try this smoky twist on the classic brekkie cocktail! Our BBQ Bacon Bloody Mary goes perfectly with some bacon and eggs, pancakes or even a bowl of cereal!

What you’ll need
- 2 rashers SunPork Bacon
- 300ml Tomato Juice
- 110ml Vodka
- 2 tsp. BBQ sauce
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- ½ lemon
- Dash of tobacco
- Pinch of salt & pepper
- Celery to serve
- Waffles to serve
How to make it
- Heat fry-pan over med. Heat. Cook bacon for 5 mins or until golden and crispy.
- Combine the tomato juice, vodka, BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, tobacco, salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice.
- Fill 2 glasses with ice, then pour in the bloody Mary mixture. Add a rasher of bacon and stick of celery to each glass then topped with waffles before serving.
