BBQ Bacon Bloody Mary
Try this smoky twist on the classic brekkie cocktail! Our BBQ Bacon Bloody Mary goes perfectly with some bacon and eggs, pancakes or even a bowl of cereal!

What you’ll need

  1. 2 rashers SunPork Bacon
  2. 300ml Tomato Juice
  3. 110ml Vodka
  4. 2 tsp. BBQ sauce
  5. 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  6. ½ lemon
  7. Dash of tobacco
  8. Pinch of salt & pepper
  9. Celery to serve
  10. Waffles to serve

How to make it

  1. Heat fry-pan over med. Heat. Cook bacon for 5 mins or until golden and crispy.
  2. Combine the tomato juice, vodka, BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, tobacco, salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice.
  3. Fill 2 glasses with ice, then pour in the bloody Mary mixture. Add a rasher of bacon and stick of celery to each glass then topped with waffles before serving.
