Bacon, Cream Cheese & Smoked Chicken Croissants

What you’ll need

  1. 300g SunPork bacon, diced
  2. 2 cups smoked chicken breast
  3. 1 cup Philadelphia cream cheese
  4. 100ml sour cream
  5. 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  6. 60g Slivered almonds, toasted
  7. 1 Tbsp. dill, chopped + extra to garnish
  8. 1 Tbsp. chives chopped + extra to garnish
  9. Salt and pepper to season

How to make it

  1. Cook bacon in fry-pan over med. heat until crispy.
  2. Combine bacon, chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, slivered almonds, dill, chives and salt and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Cook croissants according to pack instructions.
  4. Dollop a spoonful of bacon mixture into each toasted croissant and enjoy! Tip: You can heat up the creamy bacon mixture in the microwave if you prefer your filling warm!
