BBQ Bacon Bloody Mary
Try this smoky twist on the classic brekkie cocktail! Our BBQ Bacon Bloody Mary goes perfectly with some bacon and eggs, pancakes or even a bowl of cereal!

What you’ll need
2 rashers SunPork Bacon
300ml Tomato Juice
110ml Vodka
2 tsp. BBQ sauce
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
½ lemon
Dash of tobacco
Pinch of salt & pepper
Celery to serve
Waffles to serve
How to make it
Heat fry-pan over med. Heat. Cook bacon for 5 mins or until golden and crispy.
Combine the tomato juice, vodka, BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, tobacco, salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice.
Fill 2 glasses with ice, then pour in the bloody Mary mixture. Add a rasher of bacon and stick of celery to each glass then topped with waffles before serving.
