What you’ll need

INGREDIENTS
- 1 SunPork Fresh Foods Bacon Rashers
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 30ml brandy
- 60ml advocaat liqueur
- 15ml chartreuse liqueur (substitutes Jagermeister / Grand Marnier)
- 8 drops chocolate bitters
- 1 Cadbury Crème egg, to serve
How to make it
- Pre-heat fan forced oven to 180⁰C.
- On a lined baking tray, lay out bacon rashers and brush with maple syrup.
- Place in the oven and bake for 10 mins. Remove from the oven to cool slightly
- In a cocktail shaker add ice, brandy, advocaat, chartreuse and chocolate bitters.
- Shake and strain into a tall glass, remove ice from shaker and add liquid to shake again.
- Pour into a martini glass or champagne saucer.
- To garnish, carefully skewer the maple bacon shards, then carefully thread a creme egg onto a separate skewer.
- Balance the skewers on the rim of the glass to serve and enjoy!
