What you’ll need
INGREDIENTS
- 2 SunPork Fresh Foods Bacon Rashers, chopped
- 250g pizza dough
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- 4 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
- ⅓ cup grated mozzarella
- ⅓ cup grated cheddar
- ⅓ cup grated pecorino
How to make it
- Preheat fan-forced oven to 180⁰C.
- Divide pizza dough into 24 small pieces approx. 3cm and roughly roll into balls.
- In a large bowl mix butter, garlic, garlic powder, parsley, bacon and cheeses and toss gently with fingers through pizza dough balls.
- In a greased 8 piece muffin tin, place 3 mini dough balls in each muffin hole and press down lightly. Bake in the oven for approx. 15mins.
- Remove from the oven and turn out of muffin tin.
- Serve and enjoy!
