What you’ll need

- 8 rashers SunPork Fresh Foods Bacon
- 2 Tbsp. barbecue rub
- 500g brussels sprouts, blanched, halved
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. sriracha sauce
- 8 bamboo skewers, soaked in water
How to make it
- Pre-heat fan forced oven to 180⁰C or BBQ to med-high.
- Sprinkle bacon rashers on both sides with barbecue rub.
- Thread one end of a bacon rasher onto a skewer, followed a brussels sprout. Snake bacon around each sprout, alternating bacon and sprout until the skewer is full. Repeat with remaining skewers and place onto a lined oven tray.
- In a small bowl, combine honey and sriracha and set aside.
- Drizzle each skewer with oil and transfer to the oven for 15-20 mins or to the BBQ for 10 mins, rotating regularly until the bacon starts to crisp.
- Remove skewers from the oven or BBQ, then drizzle generously with honey sriracha.
- Serve and enjoy!
