What you’ll need
300g SunPork bacon, diced and cooked
2 sheets puff pastry, cut into 12 5cm x 5cm squares
200g brie cheese, cut into cubes
1/2 cup cranberry sauce
1 egg, beaten
How to make it
Pre-heat fan forced oven to 180°C.
Using a non-stick mini muffin or tartlet pan, place a square of pastry into each cup.
Dollop 1 tsp. of cranberry sauce into each pastry cup, followed by a cube of brie and 1 Tbsp. of diced bacon.
Brush side of pastry with beaten egg and place the pan in the oven for 30 mins.
Remove and allow to cool.
Dollop 1/2 tsp. of cranberry sauce on the top of each tartlet and enjoy!
