What you’ll need

- 250g SunPork Fresh Foods Bacon
- 250g plain crackers
- 125g parmesan cheese, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. red pepper flakes
How to make it
- Pre-heat fan forced oven to 150C. Line a tray with foil and place a wire rack on top.
- Slice bacon so each piece is a similar size to the crackers.
- Cover the wire rack with the crackers then add parmesan and bacon. Sprinkle over brown sugar and finish with red pepper flakes.
- Place in the oven and bake for 20-25 mins, until bacon is cooked and crispy.
- Serve and enjoy!
