What you’ll need
INGREDIENTS
250g SunPork Fresh Foods Bacon
250g plain crackers
125g parmesan cheese, thinly sliced
¼ cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp. red pepper flakes
How to make it
Pre-heat fan forced oven to 150C. Line a tray with foil and place a wire rack on top.
Slice bacon so each piece is a similar size to the crackers.
Cover the wire rack with the crackers then add parmesan and bacon. Sprinkle over brown sugar and finish with red pepper flakes.
Place in the oven and bake for 20-25 mins, until bacon is cooked and crispy.
