SunPork Fresh Foods Super Crunchy Honey Pork
Sticky Honey Pepper Pork
Tender Aussie pork drenched in a mouthwatering spiced honey glaze with a hint of pepper. Simple yet packed with flavour!




What you’ll need


  • 500g SunPork Fresh Foods Sirloin Steaks, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. peanut oil
  • 1 brown onion, large slices
  • 1 carrot, peeled, cut diagonally
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 3 Tbsp. light soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. kecap manis
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Chinese Shaoxing wine
  • 2 tsp. cracked pepper
  • 3 cups jasmine rice, steamed to serve
  • 1 spring onion, sliced, to serve
  • 1 tsp. sesame seeds, to serve

How to make it

  1. Add oil to a wok or fry-pan over high heat and sauté onion and carrot until softened.
  2. Add pork and garlic and cook until golden, then remove from the pan.
  3. Reduce heat to medium, then add soy sauce, kecap manis, honey, brown sugar, oyster sauce, Shaoxing wine and cracked pepper. Simmer for 5 mins or until sticky.
  4. Return pork and vegetables to the pan and toss to coat.
  5. Serve with rice and garnish with shallots and sesame seeds.
